Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) – TKR Institute of Management & Science (TKRIMS)

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at TKR Institute of Management & Science (TKRIMS) is committed to fostering a culture of quality and excellence through continuous improvement in academic and administrative practices. Established in accordance with NAAC guidelines, the IQAC promotes innovation, outcome-based education, effective governance, and student-centric learning while ensuring that institutional activities meet established quality benchmarks.

The IQAC plans, monitors, evaluates, and documents quality enhancement initiatives across the institution. It coordinates academic and administrative audits, encourages innovative teaching practices, faculty development, research, stakeholder feedback, and the adoption of digital learning technologies. The Cell also facilitates the preparation of quality reports and supports accreditation and ranking processes.

To enhance institutional excellence, the IQAC regularly organizes Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), workshops on Outcome-Based Education (OBE), research methodology programmes, industry interaction activities, skill development initiatives, quality awareness programmes, and sustainability practices. It actively promotes research, innovation, experiential learning, continuous assessment, and industry-integrated education to prepare students for professional success.

Through active collaboration with students, faculty, alumni, employers, industry experts, and regulatory bodies, the IQAC continuously strengthens institutional performance and promotes transparency, accountability, and lifelong learning. By embedding quality in every aspect of institutional functioning, the IQAC plays a vital role in achieving the vision of TKRIMS as a centre of academic excellence and holistic development.
