The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) at TKR Institute of Management & Science (TKRIMS) is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and responsive mechanism for addressing the grievances of students, faculty, and staff. The Committee promotes a healthy academic environment by resolving concerns promptly, impartially, and confidentially while upholding the principles of fairness, accountability, and natural justice.

The Committee serves as a platform where members of the TKRIMS community can express concerns related to academic, administrative, and institutional matters without fear of discrimination or retaliation. It is responsible for receiving grievances, conducting impartial inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, recommending corrective measures, and ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

The Committee addresses a wide range of issues, including academic and examination-related concerns, attendance, administrative services, student welfare, infrastructure, library and laboratory facilities, hostel and transport services, and other matters affecting the academic environment. Cases falling under statutory bodies such as the Anti-Ragging Committee or Internal Complaints Committee are referred to the appropriate authority.

To promote awareness and strengthen institutional transparency, the Committee regularly organizes orientation programmes, awareness sessions, interactive meetings, counselling, feedback mechanisms, and workshops on communication, conflict resolution, and institutional policies. These initiatives encourage open dialogue and foster a culture of mutual respect, trust, and continuous improvement.
